Here’s how the Credit Transfer works. You and who ever your giving credits to will discuss what will be sent. ALL TRANSFERS ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REVERSING IT UNLESS THE RECEIVING PERSON REQUESTS TO TRANSFER AGAIN. But this will let you give credits to another member's character. You CANNOT transfer credits over to another of your own characters, just to the characters of other people.
