Closing Threads

Since we seem to have quite a few more threads now than month ago, I'm sure there are some that have gone dead. Or, there may be a few that you want to close. So, in the interest of keeping everything neat, please make sure that you close the threads correctly. This means indicate somehow that the thread is over or the last person has left or whatever. AND shoot a PM to the staff so the thread can be locked. This is also gonna make it easier to try and keep track of site history if we don't allow threads to be modified after they have been closed.
