She was born in Egypt 1869 BC. Born the daughter of a nobleman, the world was open to her for her time. Sadly at the age of 17 she was capture as a prize of conquest and forced to marry her captor. Her husband was a cruel and vicious man who ruled his people out of fear. And all who opposed him were publicly executed. Luckily she only had to endure him for only a few months till he was killed in combat. Once news of his death reached her, she assumed full control of her kingdom, and over the course of 3 years she became a much beloved Queen to her people. And for two years afterward she and her small kingdom fought back the expanding Assyrian empire from entering her lands. She is protective, persuasive, and we needed cold. She sees many as beneath her, other than those who have become her friend, or those in which she looks after. She is a highly intelligent person. And for anyone who ever crosses won't live long to regret it. And she is extremely loyal to those she knows she can trust, and as such many are loyal to her. Though when it comes to brute force, she prefers to work through others when it comes to that conflict.

They're both similar in personality. It was kind of eerie to see the similarities, but I think they could be good friends. Elizabeth is an exceptionally old vampire, almost 1000, but I can see them being friends, especially since they both seem fierce they'd make a good team.

Hali has not had a true lover since the death of her Alec 60 years ago. She keeps many at arms length as the sting of his unfortunate death still burns under skin. Any who attempt to be with her will need the patience of a saint. Getting her to commit to someone again will be difficult but worth it in the end.

Her advanced age comes into play here as well. Along with her being a Queen she has many enemies who'd like to see her dead. Though no attempt has been made in 400 years she always has her guard up should an attack come her way.
