Something is coming. Not just to Cardiff, but to the world. For months now, Torchwood
three has been getting readings way out of the ordinary on the rift, that mysterious
energy source that flows throught the city, depositing alien artefacts - and aliens - where it
may please. These deposites have been getting more frequent, and it's getting harder and
harder for the team to clean up the mess without being noticed. They're not the only ones-
over in London T1 is having just as much trouble holding their own against the sudden
influx. UNIT is also in town, after readings of their own raised a red flag. The rift is also
affecting resident physics, and aliens that used to carry on unnoticed and without a fuss.
Why? That's what everyone's trying to find out.
But one thing that is certain - before it gets better, it's going to get worse. Rose is back
through the dimensions, and she's brought bad news. Pete's world, ahead of this one, is
in chaos, and no one nows how to stop it. Not even the the Doctor, stranded in Cardiff
with a faulty Tardis, has any ideas. Mind you, he's a bit distracted by the return of his once
friend, now enemy, the Master.
What will happen? Will disaster be averted, or will chaos reign?
