History: She was born into a rather wealthy family in Shreveport, Louisiana and has had a pretty good life thus far. As said before, she got top grades in high school and was considered as one of the popular kids. She's also daddy's little princess so she pretty much got everything she wanted at home. Her parents, have given her every luxury one could afford in Shreveport, Louisiana.
This includes going to college. She was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to college in California and has just recently returned after graduation. Now, after spending four years in away, and it was in those four years that the vampires chose to come out of their coffins, she has to rediscover her home. Things certainly have changed, like how there is now a vampire bar and it is one of the top tourist attractions in Shreveport.
Alyssa had a quite a few friends in the area when she left but, having been gone a while, she worries that most of these don't even remember her anymore. Maybe a few even hate her for having left to begin with. She has no idea what home would be like now and is a little apprehensive about coming home. She used to always hang out at Merlotte's on the edge of Bon Temps and is making that her first stop when she gets home.
