Personality: Sweetheart. Sura has been a sweetheart since the day she was born. Her bubbly personality simply radiates through her skin and being nice is just what she does. Unlike her closer relatives, she has a very keen interest in the human world and is why she chose it over the Fae world. She loves people and making friends. The more she can help out, the better she feels because she knows Human kind needs it.
Sass Attack. Despite being a natural sweetheart, she’s learned to have a little sass as well. As a Fairy it’s nearly impossible to be around vampires. The essence alone seems to drive them crazy and well Sura prefers to stay alive. She has a very low tolerance for disrespect as she grew up in a household that revolved around the importance of respect and proper etiquette. She stands on the side of the feminists and doesn’t like the idea of men trying to overpower women. One false move and she’ll drown you in her element.
Quirky. Sura is a very interesting character. Her unnatural good looks are attributed to her Fae blood, but her quirkiness? Not so much. Sura has got a lot of spunk in her and she gets it from her human family. She loves to have fun and just joke around as she feels life is too short to spend it serious. She doesn’t like to adhere to the idea that Fairies are supposed to be perfect, because in reality not all of them are.

History: Sura Livia King was born to Narcissa and Las of the Fae world. She was an average child, nothing too out of the ordinary to single her out as special. Her powers were tied to Fairy blood and her element corresponding to her parent’s lineage. She was a water Fairy and very good at manipulation of said element. The only difference between her and the others, was that she wasn’t happy. As a child she got bored of the same routine of dancing, singing and living an almost perfect life in the Fairy world. It was then she developed a great interest in the human world far, far away from her own.
After much argument with her parents, they sent her to the human realm where she would choose to remain for the rest of her life. Sura was adopted by Garrett and Hazel King. The couple simply couldn’t have a child of their own and so they gladly accepted Sura as family. She was ten at the time of adoption and she remained with them for the next ten years of her life. Under the careful instruction of her family, Sura grew up to be as normal as any other human teen. She went to prom, attended high school and even hosted charity events to rescue her family farm.
All of that shaped her into the human sympathizing fairy that she is, which is why she vowed to never return to the world of the Fae. Her great dislike for the discrimination against half-bred Fairies had kept her from her true parents and the Fae world. Instead Sura is living on Earth trying to earn her wings as an Angel. In order to achieve her goals, she had to leave her loving home in Iowa and head south to the small town of Bon Temps, Louisiana. Though the hybrid Fairy was two years older than her, Sura was assigned to Adalia Nobyll. Unlike most Fairies, Sura liked to break the rules and bend them to her liking.
She answered an ad that was placed for a rented space in the Nobyll plantation home and took the room. She is now moving in with Adalia and playing Fairy godmother without her knowing.
