Lily is very much her own person. When the vampires came out of the coffin she didn't get angry like half the population, or go chasing after them like the other half. She just let the change happen. She wears a lot of vintage clothing mixed with glitter, and gears, making mostly her own style. She is a singer and has been lately hoping to get a position working at Fangtasia.

okayy, we're gonna need a LOT more info from you about her history. As you wrote, she was switched as a baby (which would be an extreme circumstance, which would be figured out pretty quickly by faes) so tell us why they kept her, what it was like, about her fae life, how they got her back, etc.

One more thing, you need to add a little more to the personality. You say she's very much her own person, so explain that a little bit further. The more complex her situation is, the more complex the character.
