However she is very loving and when she falls in love she falls hard, completely and totally..She is still a little erratic, and can be spiteful and vindictive. She has been betrayed by many people in her life and is almost always the one who ended up getting screwed over and hurt, so she tries to put up a emotional wall of sorts so she does not get hurt, but sometimes that vulnerability shoes through. When she is hurt she can lash out and act violently, but in the end is fairly decently for a Vampire of her age. She does not consider humans to be just food and does not consider them to be as stupid as a lot of vampires do.

History:
Ambrosia was born during the time of the ancient Greeks, and was born in a small village that later got discovered and became known as Paris. She had 4 brothers, all older then her, and was considered a bit of a miracle because her family had been praying for a daughter. She came out fair and beautiful, having light blonde hair and pale skin while her siblings had dark hair and tanned skin. When Ambrosia was 18, her village started dying off, the family of 7 travelled until they hit a city called Athens, which at the time was one of the biggest cities in the world. They quickly settled in, and while the boys fit right in, ambrosia did not.
The other girls of the city were quite jealous of her, since men around the city whispered that she was the goddess Aphrodite reincarnate, So ambrosia had no friends, but many suitors. She captured the attention of the kings son, and was soon set to be married to him. During this time, the famous war between the Greek city of Athens and its surrounding areas vs the Persian's was going strong, and Ambrosias 4 brothers were off fighting. Ambrosia was now married, wealthy, and should of been happy. But she found her self not satisfied with her life, and wanted change. She prayed to the Greek gods and goddess's for a better life and for new opportunities, and soon her prayers were answered, but in a much more gruesome way than she had hoped.
On the night of her 19th birthday celebration, the town was under attack by Persians. 1000's were killed, fire was everywhere and the town was practically stained red. Ambrosia was hiding in a tunnel underneath the castle, when a Man found her. His name was Russell Edgington, and he told her that he could make her forever young, beautiful, and strong. She accepted, and he proceeded to turn her into a vampire.
When she woke up and clawed herself from the ground, she saw russell and her two oldest brothers, who had also been turned, waiting for her. She stayed with them for 200 years, but grew to resent the killing and violence that Russell thrived in, and eventually she convinced him to release her and her brother. They fled and stayed together for 1000 years, But her oldest Brother was a violent, controlling terrible man who refused to let Ambrosia have any happiness. during that 1000 years she fell in love with 8 human men, and He killed them all, claiming that they were not good enough for his baby sister. The thing that pushed her over the edge was when he staked her their other brother, who happened to be kind and nice, just for voicing his concern over their actions. Ambrosia left him and never turned back.
for the last 30 years, Ambrosia has been the Vampire Queen of New York, and recently her Brother was appointed the Vampire King of of Ohio. The two states are in a feud now.
